The ER 5000 Mechanical Screw Bagger was designed for bagging products with manual override by means of a lever. At the beginning of the bagging process, a pneumatic cylinder presses the upper part of the valve against the nozzle of the bagger, which recoils the rods of the two flow valve cylinders, opening it fully.
The ER 5000 has excellent precision in the weight to be bagged, leaving the factory fully molded to the needs of each customer.
