The EBAC 5001 SB bagger is used for bagging products in Boca Aberta bags, where the filling is done through a pre-weighing hopper with vibrating rails connected to the customer silo, guided by a Boca Aberta nozzle for product application in bags. For product interruption between silo and bagger, the command manages the Elmo valve.
Weighing the bagger is fully electronic, with four automatic weight correction speeds, defined by the customer in the pre-programmed formulas with up to nine different weights to be bagged. Adjusts quickly when changing product with different densities.
