Check Weigher

Check Weigher is one of the optional equipment for the SAT Palletizer, acting effectively in the palletizing cycle.

Its function is to receive the bags from the conveyor belt, check through its central belt if the bagged weight is in accordance with the weight programmed in the electronic control and discard the bags that are out of weight through its disposal belt. A secondary function of Check Weigher is when different weights of the same product are bagged in the same line, where Check Weigher acts by leaving the bags of a certain weight in the primary line and discarding the bags with another weight for a secondary belt line, allowing storage to take place on different pallets at the same time.
